31/3/2009 was a very very hot day and did happens a lot of things which keep giving me suprise and letting me to meet interesting people which consist of long winded, cute and blur. I do feel very happy to meet them within a day in my uni.
Actually today me and ange decide to ask about things which we need to do for our changing university after our foundation course. So we went to DSA with Karyn which is our fist stop.
Flo: " Execuse me, i would like to ask about the procedure of stop continueing degree in UTAR? "
Officer: " Ow..based on this question, i can't help you with it. So you need to go to the Credit Evaluation department which is beside the ATM mechine."
Flo + Ange + Karyn: " Er...Ok
Then we walk off. When we reach Credit Evaluation department. This time we met a lady stuff which is much better compare to the male officer from DSA office.
Flo: " Execuse me, i would like to ask about the procedure of stop continueing degree in UTAR? "
Lady: " Are you studying in foundation now? and which sem you in currently?"
Flo: " I'm in foundation Y1S3."
Lady: " Ow...Like this you need to go to FGO (Foundation General Office) and clearified your problem question there because you are belongs to FGO's student. My department only deals with the new enrollment students"
Flo: " Ok thank you..."
At the end we need to walk to Block A again to FGO. On the way we walked there, we predicted those answer which we will be listening from the officers of FGO. For example, " Based on this question i need to discuss with Mr. Ng and will inform you later and please write down your name, tutorial group and phone number. I will call you." or " I'm not so sure with this thing" or " I'll refer you to Mr. Ng or other management people to tell you this thing". We keep laghing all the way we walked there.
Our prediction did come true while the female officer answer my question. Until now only i know that i need to stay here for one more sem to complete my full foundation studies to get my fpundation certificate which i need to pay RM300 per subject for the 2 LAN subject which is Pengajian Malaysia and Pendidikan Moral. If i insist to change university, i msut complete my LAN subject within a year time and send back all the syllabus which used by the other university to UTAR. From there, i need to pay RM 100 per subject to let them check and discuss whether i'm qualified to take the foundation certificate and i even need to pay RM50 for some processing fees which i'm not sure what is it. All this info was given by a long winded male officer which keep on don't let me talk. When i start talking then he will talk also and he keep oon repeating the same thing to me. At the end he refer me back down to the ground floor for the promotion department to get info about which university recognise UTAR Foundation Studies.
Again and again we take the lift down. But this time we meet a cute chinese officer which can speak fluent and fast mandrin till some of it i can't interpret at the same time. Altough my chinese is ok. By the way, he also can't answer my question but i'm feeding him with all those infos which i got from FGO. But really having a funny conversation with him. When he talk very fast, i feel like laughing but i can't and ange try to laugh.... =_=
Then when i reached home, i called HELP University to ask about the transferring thing. The counsellor asked me why didn't do a online enquiry. Excuse me! I did that 3 weeks ago but i haven get reply from them. The counsellor get a shock on my answer and he apolagize to me for not replying my enquiry.
See how nice i can meet all these different kind of people within a day......
