Who want to joint Relaxation Workshop?

You can learn how to relax yourself but it does not same as yoga. You will learn about belly breathing, sleep walking and relax from the top of your head to the tip of your toe.

p/s: You are advise to bring your own yoga mat or big towel due to we have insufficient mats to supply.
