Yesterday was the very first event organised in Westlake. The theme of this event was "Save Our Mother Earth". Me and house mates took part in treasure hunt program. We were the only girls team among 13 teams took part in the game. This treasure hunt was held at the park of Westlake. We ran the whole park and at the moment only we discovered that the park was very big as compare to normal the park we visited (although the size and the distance was the same).
We ran like mad dogs from north to south. they really killing our energy. Fyi, the weather was killing us. All of a sudden rain then sunny. Keep repeating like people flushing the toilet. So practically we were in wet condition while we start the game and then dried off half way of the game and sweat like we were in hell when the game ended.
The game was divided into 2 parts. Part 1 was station games and part 2 was hunting game. Station games had 8 stations. The 1st station we went was walk on the chair with our legs tied on each others legs. The next station was the most unfair game in the station games. The in charged person blame our group for being late.
Words to dear soccer game person: "Eh, excuse me la!!! We didn't even late for a single minute and we were at our 2nd station. It wasn't our fault for not going to your station!!! The fault is on your friends' fault!"
Ok back to the story, that game we lost because all girls team vs all guys team. Fyi, all of us are not good in soccer. Sigh!! Then 3rd station was crawling on the floor to bite the lemon and craw back with a friend holding the legs. This game was very hard and we din't really score well. Next was the game which we need to turn 10 rounds and pour water into the bottle. OMFG!! i was so drowsy that moment. They even use the lake water to splash us. Ehww... =.=''' Actually we don't know about it, those helpers coincidently spill it out from their mouth. We were stunned because the lake water is really dirty OMG!!! 4th station was the easiest game because 4 of us throw the airplane made from paper and the other 4 need to catch it with chopstick. Obviously i'm the one who throw because i'm not good with chopstick. Next was guessing things in a box. The box was so disgusting which a "cacat" kiwi. Then remember 30 items and passed around to your team mates. Luckily the guy in charged was very good he taught me memorizing it by using categories and thanks for his reminder during we passing the words!! And the other 2 i forgot what we played.
After the treasure hunt game ended, we rest at the park to wait for the result for who's going into the hunting game. And so we were one of the eligible team. Although we were so tired but we still need to run as fast as we could because this game is see who's the fastest will be the winner. We were the fastest in making bubbles because we always wash cloths and get the technique (hahaha!!) Then was we need to do actions to let team mates to guess. Unfortunately, we get the hardest which cause we stuck there. Haiz... then next was counting from 1-80, we also finished it very fast with the maths guineas in our team. Next was blow the balloon till burst. We run until exhausted. I don't even have enough air to blow the balloons. Last part was turing ice into water was the game who almost get every team on nerves, we need to wait for the other group to finish the task. Haiz.. wasting our time!!! After finishing the task, they said they don't have enough clue for us and asked us to memorize it.
Till the end, we lost in the game but we enjoy the game a lot although there were some here and there errors.
