WTF Quarrel at NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING

I had a very unwise neighbor which keep quarreling with someone at night and early morning which is 5a.m.. This kind of people crazy right? I have been working like a machine since monday and lack so sleeps. When i finished my things, i plan to sleep then she starts to quarrel loudly with her monkey high pitch voice. WTF X3 to that girl. I do meant it. She need to think that people are having sweet dreams espcially her housemates but she's acting like a MONKEY......

ARGH....hate this kind of idiot girls.....
